Why do you tip or choose not to?
It's, like, mean not to? In a free, democratic society, someone has been nice enough to serve me. Just because it's hir job does not make it nice to them.
Do you tip your doctor for his service?
And my regular doctor is a very good friend of his.
In short: I don't pay my doctors at all.
In any case, I'm not standing on principle. I tip my waiter, I don't tip my doctor. I won't apologise OR "defend" my practices. I do what the fuck I want.
Edited: So. If you were trying to be confrontational, I don't appreciate it. If you were just curious, I didn't realise, and therefore didn't appreciate it. And still don't, but that's more me than you.
Absolutely, everyone is free to do what they wish. My question was based on your statement and whether you would tip someone for a service even if they were making a lot of money, or only for low-paying work.
EDIT: Sorry, I should have made that clear - I didn't mean to be confrontational about it...

I don't tip. It's a cultural thing, it's not common to tip here. *NM*
