Honestly, I don't think I've ever in my life seen a bag of pre-chopped onions.
I see them all the time, usually at the fancier grocery stores (I'm at Heinen's once a week) but sometimes at Wal Mart as well. They're usually not bagged; they're in plastic tubs. You can get frozen chopped onion just about everywhere too.
I don't actually buy pre-chopped onion though
Chopping onions is one of my absolute least favorite cooking jobs, but nothing beats the taste of a fresh-cut onion.
