There's a few things you could ask from the Arabic countries that supposedly support Palestine - complete normalisation of relations with Israel, perhaps even an acknowledgement of the harsh treatment of the Jews back in the fifties - but as far as the Palestinians themselves go, they simply don't have much to negotiate with. So yes, Israel has to make far larger concessions in any realistic peace deal, because they can afford to - because they have been the winners all along, got plenty of land that wasn't theirs over the past half century.
