Ok, I'll turn the sarcasm off. In truth, it's not enough. It is, I believe, a step in the right direction, and always up for tweaking. This is still America, after all, and future governments can (and will, I'm sure) tweak it for better and for worse.
Now to see whose Rhetoric was right. As per usual, I'm pretty sure we'll find that the truth lays somewhere in the middle.
