My hope is that now that something is in place that some people sit down and really try to tackle the whole cost control issue.
I agree. I'd decided this was the best way to go- pass something substantial and then refine it. Otherwise we'd be floundering for years. There will be some major grandstanding for a while yet, but hopefully it fades off into real work with what we've got.
