One group of people who have never used the US system don't like. So what? I would say this is more the influence of the media then anything else.

He didn't say anything about foreigners disliking anything. Simply that they wouldn't trade theirs, because it's working great for them. Plus that 50% of Americans don't even like their own.

Now I ask you: if there are two restaurants, one where people who are rich and have choice choose to eat when they are really hungry and one where people eat at because they have no choice which would you choose.
