Well, since people who have access to a helluva lot more information than you and I do thought he should be investigated. At this point, I can't say whether they are doing it purely for political theater, any more than I could when Comey first came out with information he usually wouldn't have publicized, about Clinton. Trump is in a weird position, because people around him have been caught in stupid lies, and a little more than that. With that in mind, if intelligence agencies (which I am obviously not) think there is room for an investigation, I am interested in the findings. Same as I was originally with Hillary
