I know the feeling. I had to shut down exercising for a couple of days while I recovered from a food illness this weekend and I haven't really resumed yet. Sleeping was thrown off, sleeping 5 instead of 7 hours does make a huge difference. But I'll resume either tomorrow or Saturday.

It's got an element (I forget the name) that's in a lot of OTC sleep aids. It works, but I think there might be a slight risk of dependency?


View original postI had a pretty decent shrink but he retired. It's too hard to start over with a new one. It took me five tries to find one I liked and I can't be bothered going through that again.

Yeah, I've had some that weren't so good 15 and 11 years ago, but got lucky in that my current one lets me just talk and then gently adds something to it. Stays with me more and makes me think in new paths, which I like.
