And more on the actual event. Much has been said that the US is giving up more than the N.Korean's are. Really? Come on now. We've given up nothing. This isn't a contest between equals. This is a negotiation between the most powerful nation in the world, and one who has the capability of lashing out in any number of nonsensical directions. N.Korea would do nothing more than destroy stuff and take lives...and still get absolutely obliterated.

The whole point is to prevent that from happening. Let's keep in mind that we just started talking with them, and it didn't devolve into chaos. Just 12 months ago, the media (and the left) were convinced that's exactly what would occur. Instead, Trump is playing it very well. Don't insult them. Keep them talking. Demonstrate that we can be humble and "give something up," while not really doing that at all.

This was the setting of the stage...nothing more.
