Season 1: When Maeve is walking around back stage. She's seeing the reality of the hosts existence. Their creation...their testing. What they are essentially built for. Couple the lack of dialogue with a beautiful musical score....boom.
Season 2: The original pitch to Delos (the son). There's a party. During that party, there's a pretty big revelation, and he is shocked. The look on his face of complete awe. It was a fantastic scene.
Those are my picks, anyways. There are several others which are very good, but those two stand out for me.
