The last one was Cymbalta with Lexapro. I eventually eliminated the lexapro as I didn't see any benefit. Probably the best combination I tried was prozac with serzone. It worked great for a while but only if we increased the dosage periodically. When maximum dose of both was no longer helping we had to try something new. No other combination has worked as well as that one.
