You seem to be under the presumption that I give you my time and energy in the ways that flatter your sentiments of how this is supposed to go.

I have no such presumption. I spoke my piece, with no expectation of response or rebuttal.

I have sentiments that are clearly reflected by the content that Mookie brought to the table, was frustrated by what I saw as obtuse dismissal, and spoke out.


Let me dissuade you from that ridiculous notion. The conversation was between me and mookie, and while it was a public conversation but it happened due to a personal connection. Since there was a personal connection instead of ignoring the thread I asked Mookie do you know who AIER is, if not they are nuts.

It was not because I wanted to get into a confrontational back and forth for I find these things fun. The opposite is the case.


Nor I, quite frankly. I'm generally quite amicable, and live and let live... you'll have to take my word on that, since your only knowledge of me has been this clusterfuck of a conversation!


I explained to Mookie the history of their beliefs, how they can be valid beliefs, but I will not find the, persuasive even if I will continue to listen to them I will be skeptical while listening.

I do not know you and I find you pedantic and not because you are correct with your pedantry, but because you expect me to argue a conversation that you think we are having, except we are not. NOTICE I never responded to you until you responded to me and in my response I told you that you are not following my mind.


That is... near the truth without being the truth. It is true that I called you out on several threads within this post. However, most of our back and forth has been within the thread that I started.

You had plenty of personal conversation in the threads above. Once you responded to Mookie's response to my comment, it is an open discussion at that point.

With that said, I do get pedantic.


If you want to truly argue the merits of the Great Barrington Declaration as points of advocacy (instead of knowledge, they are different things knowledge vs advocacy) then go tweet to The Hermain Cain account, you know the guy who died. The verified twitter account has been taken over by his family, and they are now tweeting in support of Great Barrington. Obviously they have the energy for this conversation that I do not have. Even in death Hermain Cain can spread “the good news.”

That... does not sound interesting at all...

What I want is mostly irrelevant. For what it's worth, however, what I wanted was to see a healthy discussion by a small group of people trying to figure out the world. When I saw that this was not going to happen... again... I spoke out.

Look, I am well aware that you and Mookie go way back. Hell, I've been watching the readandfindout drama unfold since it was wotmania... Nobody knows me, but that was my fault, or at least my choice. I'm a lurker by nature.
