He had a temper and a nasty streak, but on the plus side, he was far smarter and had more vision than either Bush or Trump. As for the Bush-Trump comparison - it's hard to think of anything at all that puts Trump above Bush, or pretty much any other president. It's not just that his bad sides are so terrible, it's also simply that there aren't any good sides to compensate - to the extent that Trump does have a brain and competence, it's only ever been focused on his own ego and his own business. The best argument for not ranking Trump as the worst president, would be the argument that he doesn't even qualify to be ranked at all as he never bothered to actually show up for the job.
