It was pretty remarkable to witness someone ostensibly familiar with First Amendment jurisprudence saying that college kids in the States chanting "from the river to the sea" constitutes an incitement to imminent lawless action. But, as you've said, activists have been claiming for a long time that transphobia, homophobia, and other forms of bigotry also meet this standard, when they rather clearly do not.
