There's that whole thing about the Book of Somethingorother. Book of Changes?
Anyways, it seems they've discussed leaving the universe of the Westlands for another. I'm guessing for their own original, home universe.
A quick hypothesis on the Ogier.
During the Age of Legends, people visited other Universes, including the Finns and the Ogier. They found the Ogier friendly, and welcomed them. The Ogier react negatively to the One Power over time, and so need the stedding, which the Aes Sedai created for them to be able to stay. I'm guessing the Ogier leave after the end of A Memory of Light.
