If being able to enter TAR and then fall asleep and dream yourself as a separate ethereal being would work, then this would allow you to use a loophole to bypass a certain rule of the OP.

Specifically, you could use the OP to heal yourself of injuries/illnesses. I mean you would be separate from your body but still able to use the OP, so there is no reason why you could not direct healing weaves to your physical body, and then wake up and return to your body which was now fully healed.

You could ofcourse do the same with the original idea if it is possible for a dream-version of yourself to actually enter the physical world, but it seems to me that the TAR idea is more probable in that we have seen that you can exist in TAR in both dream and flesh so presuming that a sleepy fellow in TAR still went to TAR during dreams, healing yourself might be possible.
