It say's it's not from LTT memories... It was from Rand's, and he seen Justice in book 2.
IT doesn't mean it isn't LTT's just because of that, he could have seen a picture of it during his studies. Besides, the 'oddly enough' remark implies he'd think it was something LTT might know too. Rand doesn't say things like 'oddly enough' regarding his normal memories. If Justice was not power-wrought, then it would probably be a rusted heap of garbage after a thousand years of being lost, if it was power-wrought it would have had an AoL owner, that could have been LTT. I could easily see Almasan having a sword he claimed was LTT's and Hawkwing taking it for his own as a trophy. Then Rand and LTT both remember it, Rand from Falme.
