Of all the Forsaken, only Graendal can potentially claim to have done something. Ishamael's deeds have all been unravelled in less than three years, most recently by Egwene who decapitated the BA in one fell swoop.SH.

Ishamael's behind the whole Seanchan invasion in the first place due to his meddling with Hawking, and he destroyed the Ten Nations.
