How can you say Semirhage didn't achieve anything?

Of all the Forsaken, only Graendal can potentially claim to have done something. Ishamael's deeds have all been unravelled in less than three years, most recently by Egwene who decapitated the BA in one fell swoop.SH.
Semirhage destroyed the Seanchan empire and caused a 50 sided Civil War that will likely lead to the death of millions.
Ishamael's behind the whole Seanchan invasion in the first place due to his meddling with Hawking, and he destroyed the Ten Nations.
When the Wolf King carries the hammer, thus are the final days known. When the fox marries the raven, and the trumpets of battle are blown.

The point isn't if Lanfear has the skill, it's that it was poorly shown.
