Arthur Pendragon would mean nothing to Hawkwing! Pendragon is from a different universe! In fact the dragon as a mythical beast is quite rare in the Wotverse, possibly because of the associations with Lews Therin Kinslayer. The sigil of Hawkwing was a golden hawk on blue. It was his enemy Guaire Amalasan who declared himself the Dragon, not Hawkwing! Why would Artur Tanreall paint his enemy's sigil on his own sword? It doesn't make sense at all.
