There is a murderer that is ruling Seanchan openly. Who is this murderer? One of Demandred's proxies

Semirhage unleashed a great deal nf chaos in Seanhan through her murders, but could there now be another Forsaken taking things over?

The might of the Seanchan armed forces must have looked attractive to Demandred, but it will be interesting if any of these Seancahan forces can ever be teleported to Randland for battle. However, Demandred states that his rule is secure.

A Forsaken would be completely unopposed in Seanchan-- it will be interesting to find out who is behind all this mayhem, if there is indeed someone other than Semirhage. It may just be Semirhage's supplicants (Suroth wannabes) that are propelling the Seanchan chaos.
