The Vileness ended with 3 prominent AS being birched and going into exile. Odds are there wasn't enough evidence to pin anything on a specific AS since the BA took special care to cover their tracks ... i.e. Chesmal convinced the Red to kill the Amyrlin.

Name an incident when an AS openly ordered an atrocity and got away with it.
