I agree with most of what you say, but Graendal's PoV seemed typical Jordan. I don't think Brandon would show that kind of comfort in describing Graendal's hedonism. The voice of the PoV seemed perfect to me, leading me to suspect that Jordan himself wrote this part.
I felt that Brandon copied some previous Graendal chapters to get this effect. It's fine, but it was like rereading certain things - her revealing dress and her fondness of good wine, the gateway slicing trick emulated by Sammael, the strength of Compulsion, and her commentary on how good looking certain slaves were. He used a lot of it verbatim, but it was excellently written, and could pass for RJ writing.
Agreed. That she sees their emotional stability or lack thereof as deciding factors in who is more powerful between Semirhage and Demandred shows to me that in OP terms there is not much to choose between them. And the casual way in which she calls them her rivals and thinks of removing them, I think she's in the same league as well.
Anyway, all who felt Graendal was a weak coward who did not want to face Rand can go stuff themselves. She's thinking of displacing Moridin, she thinks of killing Rand, and is not at all threatened by Demandred or Semirhage. All that's holding her back is a recognition that success against Rand will be difficult, and not at all a given thing.
Loved her PoV in every way. She's a great villain.

Oh absolutely. I think that this chapter effectively seals off the OP debate with males and females. Graendal completely equates Semirhage and Demandred.
It would have been nice if she'd expanded on Aran'gar and her alliance, but it was not to be

Did you see anything relevant about Mesaana wearing a white dress?
