But I tend to do that with all WOT books. Who am I kidding, I do that with everything. Anyway, that prologue started awesome and ended awesome!

So, after having read it only once, and without looking up any supporting details, how about some half-baked theories?

Theory 1 - The Trollocs were on their way to kill the suldam and damane that Rand freed. Tylee's army was just in the way. I don't know how the timelines match up, but they're at least in the same area.

Theory 2 - Moridin's fortress is one of the towers of Malkier. Graendal thought they were in the far north and east of the blight, but maybe she was a bit off.

And just a question - Why is Mesaana wearing a white dress? And why does she think that one way or another the White Tower residents will serve their cause? Does her plan have anything to do with the Seanchan attack? Are they all going to be a'dam'd?
