Most of those questions were about really obscure plot points that have no significant bearing on the overall story. Even the question of whether the characters are at their full strength really isn't important (though I know it pains you to consider that).

As for major things possibly screwing the story up, the fact that they are taking over a year to make sure it doesn't happen should provide you some comfort.
