Another interesting tidbit: we might want to start considering new possibilities for how Alivia is supposed to help Rand die, since she's now ruled out as the second woman at the Pit.
My idea would be Alivia would be there in a link with Rand when he dies before the Strike. Possibly at Demandred's hand. Mat would be there to kill Demandred and to bring Rand back as Rand brought back Mat when he was hung by the Finns by pumping his knees to his chest for some old school CPR. Then Nynaeve can perform the new Healing on him so it wouldn't take any of his own strength which would be precious little if he was flatlined a short time before. I would imagine Rand could use this opportunity to then rise up from the dead and strike while he is still weak as he did at Ravhin after Fains attack nearly killed him.
