It will just be so cartoonish. Demandred should be defeated by some kind of Saving Private Ryan or Braveheart scene, where heroic sacrifice leads to the great enemy general being overcome at great personal cost to the Light.


i don't think so, i hope Demandred is killed off in the most anticlimactic way possible, he's not the person Rand has to kill. Moridin is, he's the one that has hounded Rand during the start and is the one who should get the epic ending. Demandred has done little to nothing to Rand over the course of things.


if Demandred was built up to be a legitimate threat to Rand i would agree with you. tbh i hope Demmy and Cyndane take each other out early on in Amol just so their envy/lust for someone 3000 years dead subplot is over, its highly irrelevant now.
