Could it be Verin who always used her angreal? Shannow Send a noteboard - 20/05/2014 02:07:30 PM

One way in which the other Aes Sedai would not realize a discrepancy is if Verin ALWAYS used her angreal to channel, and through using it, duplicated her full potential, even if she had not reached it yet.

And because she always used her angreal, her natural limit was never "stretched" and developed.

Doesn't sound logical, and in fact sounds pretty stupid, but its as good a reason as any I can think of.
