The last time I posted on wotmania must've been back in 2006in one of Cannoli's threads, helping him bash Egwene (not that he needed any help). He hasn't changed it seems.
But even though I strongly disliked Egwene before, i really enjoyed her in TGS. Both her storiline and her as a character. He's much more mature and smart, and her achievements a lot more plausable. They still rely on some Aes Sedai being too easily convinced, but this is nothing compared to the ridiculousness of before (i.e. not one of the Sitters in Book 8 knowing declaring a war means giving full power to the Amyrlyn). She even at one point admits she's made mistakes, which by my reckoning is the first time this has ever happened.
As for the particular objection of Cannoli in this thread - I thought it was totally understandable in the euphory of the moment, given what she's been enduring for weeks and how well she did. Yes, she didn't save the world or something, but it was still great job.
Plus there are so many faults with her in the previous books, no reason to get hang up on something so small.

Well Brandon Sanderson has officially killed off the last volume of the Epic Saga of the Chosen One.

I skimmed cannoli's predictable rant. I disagree. I LOVED EVERY CHAPTER!
