The one that stands most prominent is when, at the first dinner, Egwene gets herself worked up into a self-righteous fury over Elaida thinking about making sisters swear obedience on the Oath Rod... when Egwene more or less did the same exact thing. She had AS swear fealty to her, which, combined with the first Oath, more or less means complete and utter obedience.

Well, we've always known she's a hypocrite, this has been made clear time and time again in the series, so no surrpise here. Even as early as EOTW, she got really mad at Rand when she heard he spoke to Elayne for 5 minutes, even though it didn't bother her at all to dance and flirt with Aram.
