How does this take Graendal out of the running for being Asmodean's killer? Just because she was balefired? Asmo's death happened months ago so Graendal being balefired would have no effect on Asmodean's death if she was the killer.
And I'm not saying I believe that she's the killer, but the logic here is mystifying.

Graendal cannot reveal herself as Asmodean's killer directly (because she is balefired) or indirectly (by Asmodean reappearing). But Brandon made it clear Asmodean's killer would reveal themselves.
Ergo, somebody else killed Asmodean, not Graendal.
