However there have been some remarkable discoveries by Egwene. Yes some of them came from Moggy, but Traveling was hers alone as was cuendillar.
In addition to those I have to add opening the novice book and other inclusionary ideas (Kin, WO, Windfinders). On the face of it this seems minor, but actually it is HUGE!!! I think that most everybody will agree that the WT as an organizaiton was dying, there simply aren't enough new members coming in to sustain it another century. This is an organization that has lasted 3000 years!
By opening the novice book, and inviting in the Kin, WO and Windfinders, Egwene has turned a dying exclusionary organization into a vibrant inclusionary one.
And I would submit that the BA hunters were trying their damndest to rid the Tower of the BA.
But yes, as a general rule the Tower AS are hidebound, overly conscious of rank, and not nearly as effective as they could be. Of course Elaida hasn't helped matters any.
