I think Sanderson probably just took sarcasm too far to be honest, but there doesn't seem to be wriggle room in the oaths for this kind of statement...

I can't remember where it's from, but Jordan said that the Three Oaths don't limit sarcasm or things of that nature. She doesn't believe she's lying, so she is able to do so. I'll try to dig up that interview.
