I'm not going making a full reply yet, as I don't have the time for it, but here's something to consider...

IIRC, RJ said that greater dexterity comes with greater strength for women, and vice-versa for men. Meaning freakishly great skill and freakishly great strength tend to come together, though I'm sure exceptions exist.

If LTT is as dexterous as a man can be (which will be several levels of dexterity lower than the most dexterous female, analogous to strength) and is also the strongest possible man, it is very likely that the strongest possible woman, Lanfear, is also the most dexterous woman.
