Nothing in the book nor in the quotes suggests that another Forsaken was involved. On the surface it seems that there were only SH and Elza. You might be right that another Forsaken was there, but I highly doubt it.

But as said, maybe BS would actually answer this!


I just think the most simple answer is that Elza was sent to TAR to learn a few things she'd need to know to be the best tool she could be ... Tool Camp?
