IMO, there are three possibilities... Moiraine is the same and can go on helping Rand as usual. Moiraine has been burned out and can marry Thom and they can age together and die naturally. Moiraine got Lanfear's lost strength and is as strong as Cadsuane, and this creates a new dimension to amuse us.
I find it difficult to believe that anyone Healed Lanfear. We know for certain that Semirhage is the only Forsaken with the ability to Heal Lanfear, and she's the only character who would rather die than help her archrival. Even so, if Semirhage remained silent about it this long I'd be stunned, and clearly Mesaana and Demandred don't know who Cyndane is either. Unless Moridin merely told Semirhage to Heal this new woman and not ask questions about where she came from. Other than that, there's only the Black Ajah, and that seems extremely lame.
If I think about it now, my first instinct is that Cyndane's new body can't handle Lanfear's full strength and limited it. I think this will be the revelation - that the tall, perfect vessel that could hold maximum strength in saidar couldn't be found or duplicated, and she lost some power. It's even possible it affected Osan'gar, Aran'gar and Moridin too, though saidin is far more difficult to measure, and it could explain why Moridin is only using the TP (to prevent Demandred from feeling his strength).
