Ah, I see. Obviously, I don't have any way to disprove that idea, but it seems a little wacky to me. But wacky things have happened before, so I can't rule it out completely.
At least it would be an interesting explanation for Cyndane's reduced strength. I'm all for that (as long as it's not too wacky ).
