It's simply a matter of honesty and seriousness to concede or point out that a "theory", which makes no sense, has no evidence to be based on, but lots of counter-evidence from the books & from the author's words, is definitely wrong, like the idea that Cyndane is just hiding her true OP strength.
I understand that it sometimes might be fun to toss such ridiculous thoughts into the discussion. However, if one e.g. really wants to figure out what happened regarding Cyndane, I believe one should eventually concentrate on the sensible options.
