but author comments....whether by Sanderson or RJ...don't hold too much water with me. Why? Because that limits their creativity when they are writting.

What if Sanderson was reading RJ's notes regarding something or another, and the only way to get that plot devise moving was a little weave which didn't mean much in the grand scheme of things, but kept the story moving.

Creative freedom is necessary to writing.
