I don't mean to make any generalisations about you, and I'm sorry if that's what I sounded like.

that its a possibility, and certainly what I would do if I was Graendal. I've said it time and time again, I think that she's dead.
I don't know if you know me that well or not. But that's hardly my style. I'm often one of the fewest who holds to the edict that the simple explanation is the most likely correct one. So many in wot hunt zebras when they see hoof prints, but completely overlook the horse standing right there. That's not me.
In my years at wotmania, I wrote several theories which ended up correct....and none of them were proven wrong. We're talking real theories...not MB postings on fantastical ideas. My claim to fame is my theory on the Taint on Saidin, and how Rand could get rid of it. I had that figured out a good 3 books before RJ wrote it. I know the difference in credibility.
Just don't confuse this to mean unfounded assertions have similar credibility to coherent conclusions.

I was only talking about this post. You basically simply wrote a post conjuring up a hypothetical scenario, then said 'prove me wrong'. I would rather you have conjured that scenario and said 'this is what happened because of this, this, and this.' That is what I meant by unfounded assertions, and that's what it was.
Incidentally, I wouldn't consider Graendal a main character.
She's been in active play since, what, book 4? We've had chapters from her point of view. She's been one of the main-Shadow characters for a long time....
I'd consider her a main character. *shrug*
~Jeordam
I mostly remember her as being a secondary character in Sammael's plotline... I kept expecting her to come to the fron in this book, but she really didn't.
