The list is shit.


The list is full of good books; the rationale is haphazard at best, which I've acknowledged all along. As for the Gothic/Fantasy bit, are you going to deny that there might be some validity to the argument put forth by some academics that the two have much in common and that one could be seen as blending into the other?
