It has several instances of the dative for "to prepare, to make available" (the first and primary sense of the word) and for "to obtain for oneself" (sense three - it's actually present in almost all of the some 30 examples), but for "to buy" (sense four) it does not use the dative in even ONE example (of the about 15 provided).
