The new CP violation result itself is still questionable; the rule of thumb is that 5-sigma evidence is needed for firm confirmation, and this is only 3-sigma. Plus, CDF doesn't see it at all, although (as mentioned in the paper) CDF's result comes from much less data than DZero's.
The suggestion that two Higgs doublets would account for this interaction seems to have some theoretical merit, although it depends on several other assumptions about the nature of supersymmetry.
