But would it be the Holocaust or "just" genocide, as it would have been confined to the boarders of Germany (possibly Austria as well), rather than stretching across much of Europe?
It would likely have meant it was easier to get away as well, since it would have just needed them to get to Poland, France, Belguim etc.
