If they have any conscience at all, people will probably have trouble with that - I'm glad he looked at the family and said that he was not the killer. (even if he was, there should damn well be more proof required than the mother saying "I'm 100% positive it was him." )
i'm proud to live in a country where you can be executed based on circumstantial evidence...
