I don't know enough about the modelling industry to know whether anyone would have thought it important to mention or not. Particularly the modelling industry of 30 odd years ago. I know a lot of models today are underage - you don't get to supermodel status unless you start at 12 or even earlier. I honestly don't know if you are right or not.

And, I'll bet, neither do you unless you've done some modelling and even then it would be in an industry from another generation entirely.

Won't argue with you there at all. Keep in mind what some star moms are like though. Sick as it is maybe she told him to try and get him into the sack. Sicker things have happened. (I hope not though).

And you can hem and haw about the "Grand jury" as much as you want. Unless the testimonies are lies (which I'm going to assume they aren't given that would be perjury and thus would have been mentioned by now), then he knew, he didn't care, he did it anyways, and when she said no he didn't listen.


Well, we don't know if they were perjury or not. Neither does anyone else know that. How could they? Grand Jury testimonies are not subject to any kind of cross examination or defense response. It's basically just a statement. It stands as part of the accusation. It could be entirely bollux or entirely true.

That said, the various charges connected to the 'she said no and he didn't listem' were dropped. Which says, pretty clearly, that the prosecutor didn't feel that they would stand up to trial scrutiny. That casts some doubt on them.

Remember, that no one has to offer or accept a plea bargain. They're only done when the prosecutor isn't sure about winning at trial.

The man has not behaved innocently, he did not act in an innocent manner and does not deserve to be treated like an innocent.


He's not innocent - not of the one charge he plead guilty to - having sex with the girl.

He's not innocent of skipping out on his sentencing hearing either. Guilty as sin of that. Given that it looked like he was going to get stabbed in the back based on the agreement he made it's not entirely something I can't understand. Betrayal can make people do some pretty harsh things. And sometimes some pretty stupid/desperate ones.
