but they don't have the same saturation we do here, so i can agree that limiting capacity is an empty gesture, especially when the proposal grandfathered existing and currently owned hardware. but even you must agree that if you are set on firing a lot of rounds at a lot of targets, the ability to stop your spree increases if you have to stop to reload three times more often.
