As much sympathy as I have for him getting cheated out of what he thought was 30 days in a hospital for raping a child and the understandable level of frustration he must have felt at being told he may actually have to spend time in prison for what he sees as nothing more then a little sport I would think his lawyer would have had enough sense to get it in writing. I mean she wasn’t even a virgin. I guess technically she was an anal virgin but hey that is what she gets for not being on the pill.


Actually it was over 40 days in a maximum security penitentiary (specifically Chino Men's in California).

As to the whole drugging and raping stuff - none of that was proven and the charges were dropped.

Anyone can make accusations. They are not always true. It's not that hard a concept.
