Please go away and educate your self on the outpatient surgical center issue before you bother arguing it. There are some very good arguments to had that portions of this law are excessive but you don't seem know any of them and seem stuck on just insisting your right about a fact you seem to know nothing about. I suspect that at least parts of the law will be thrown out by courts and the entire law risk being thrown about because they over reached but the left is has such tunnel vision on hyperbole they ignore the real problems and just screech hyperbole. Of course with a base like theirs that is all they really have to do.
