I only managed The Master and Margarita because my copy is replete with wonderful and comprehensive annotations.

Plus reading it on the iPad allowed me to click on all the notes and get right back to reading once finished with each note.

As for Bulgakov - I am amazed you read him but not Dostoyevsky.
